Our return policy is straightforward and fair, aligning with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:
- Is faulty, damaged, or defective
- Is significantly different from the description or sample
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
These rights apply independently of our change-of-mind policy.
14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To qualify:
- Items must be returned in “as new” condition (unused, unopened, original tags attached, and in original packaging)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
- Used, opened, or damaged products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as body products or used candles
Shipping Costs and Refunds
- Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned
